Why is my soundbar flashing red?
If the POWER indicator is blinking red, the portable speaker is in the protect mode. This may happen if you connect a device that is not compatible with the speaker or due to overheating.

Check the power cord connection on the back of the soundbar. Here’s the next place to make sure nothing is loose. Make sure the power cord is firmly connected to the soundbar. There shouldn’t be any gaps and it should not disconnect easily.

How can I get sound from my sound bar?
Unplug the power from both the soundbar and the sub. You should at least be able to get sound from the bar. Wait one full minute, and plug the system back in. Make sure you select the optical input. Are you able to get sound from the bar? Once we get sound from the bar, we can pair the sub. Please tell me the results.
