Why are Bose sound docks no longer compatible with Apple?
– All software/OS on the Apple products is current as of Dec 2013. – The Bose product doesn’t have update-able software associated with it. – Clearly, something has changed with the Apple products. What can be done to fix this so that iPhones and iPods will play again on Bose products?
What’s the difference between the Bose SoundDock and the first edition?
The main differences between this model and the first edition is the remotes layout and color. Product features include: rechargeable lithium-ion battery, rotating docking system, remote, portable, built in carrying handle, and Bose quality speaker. I got this speaker quite a few years back and have always loved it.
Can a shuffle play on a Bose dock?

Can you change the volume on Bose SoundDock?
Between the volume control on the sounddock and the volume control on the iPhone you can fine tune the volume from your phone as well as change playlists without a remote. You probably need to replace the battery. Try pcadaptershop.com that’s where I got mine. Was this answer helpful?
