What kind of HDMI cable do I need for Bose TV?
The HDMI converters are not the answer we were told, we just have an outdated sound system. I bought a 3.5 mm Mini-to-RCA stereo audio cable that is placed into the headphone jack and then in the bose system in the TV jacks. A $10 fix. Works OK, not exactly the same quality but definitely acceptable for stereo only, not surround sound.

Just bought a Sony Bravia xbr65x930e 4K smart tv, and I have a bose lifestyle 321 system with the two speakers. They told me at Best Buy to buy a hdmi cable and connect it from the bose to the hdmi arc. I did so and no sound at all… any advice please???
