Is the Yamaha rx-v467 AV receiver HDMI compatible?

The RX-V467 even includes the newest HDMI 1.4 feature – Audio Return Channel. Now this is pretty impressive. With a compatible display (and this is new so you may have to wait a bit for these to hit the market) you can actually send audio FROM the TV back to the receiver over a single HDMI cable.

What are the problems with my Yamaha receiver?

The receiver sees it is a dolby signal coming in (I have it set to auto), but can only get sound fromthe 2 main speakers. Even when I put it in test mode, I only hear tones from the 2 main speakers. I moved about a year ago, but only recenlty hooked up sub, centre and rear speakers. It used to work fine.
